FRESH SPRING ROLLS

Cambodian Fresh Spring Rolls are usually served as an appetizer. It is filled with fresh vegetables such as carrot, cucumber, coriander, lettuce, sweet basil, pork and a couple of other optional ingredients. These rolls can be made into a vegetarian option upon request as well. This is a much healthier choice for a spring roll, definitely a must-try!

BEEF LOC LAC

Simple yet delicious and popular among the locals as well! Marinated beef cubes sautéed to medium doneness served with rice and lime & pepper dipping sauce. If you do not consume beef, chicken or pork could be the alternative. The contrast between the saltiness of the tender meat and sourness of the dipping sauce makes it a must-try dish!

FISH AMOK

Fish Amok is referred to as the country’s national treasure dish, this is a must-try dish because of the unique curry taste, it is sweet instead of spicy. It is usually presented in a sheet of banana leaf as a bowl or in a coconut. It has a custard consistency from steaming. An alternative choice of meat would be chicken or seafood if you do not like freshwater fish.

CAMBODIAN RED CURRY

Also known as Somlar Kari Saek Mouan, one of the locals’ favourite as well! Served with a variety of vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, long beans etc. The spicy level is usually mild, let us know how spicy you like yours to be. This curry has a unique taste to it and it does not taste anything like Indian or Thai curry, making it a must-try dish.

GREEN MANGO SALAD WITH SMOKED FISH

Usually served as an appetizer, very refreshing as the blend of flavours will definitely kick in once consumed. This dish consists of soft and crunchy texture, a unique combination sourness from the mango and spiciness from the chilli hence making it a must-try dish.
